This agreement governs your use of 「Flight Debrief Notebook」. By using the tool you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

1. Service

The tool lets crew members record personal flight and simulator debrief notes and count their own takeoffs and landings (day/night), with tags, attachments (photos / videos / audio / files) and export. All data is processed and stored entirely on your own device; no server-side processing is provided.

2. License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal use on your own devices. Reverse engineering, decompiling, reselling, or any unlawful use is prohibited.

3. Restrictions and responsibility

• The tool is for personal review only and is not an official logbook.
• Records and statistics must not be used for qualification review or any official purpose.
• Data lives only in your browser — export backups regularly; we cannot recover data lost to cache clearing or device changes.

4. Intellectual property

All rights in the tool's name, interface, and code belong to the developer. The content you enter remains yours.

5. Disclaimer

The tool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use.

6. Changes and termination

Changes will be posted on this page; continued use means acceptance. We may terminate your licence if you breach these terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
